Company Description Professional Engineers and Geoscientists Newfoundland and Labrador (PEGNL) regulates the engineering and geoscience professions in the public interest in accordance with the NL Engineers & Geoscientists Act 2008 (Act), NL Engineers & Geoscientists Regulations 2024 (Regulations) and By-Laws.
