The Packaging & Finished Goods Lead is responsible for leading day-to-day packaging and finished goods operations, ensuring products are packaged safely, accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established quality standards. This role provides frontline leadership to the Secondary team and supports the overall Packaging & Finished Goods process, including standardized work, employee training and development, quality compliance, production efficiency, and continuous improvement. The Secondary Team Lead is responsible for coordinating daily priorities, supporting employees on the floor, identifying operational issues, and helping ensure production requirements are achieved. AVAILABLE POSITIONS & SCHEDULE We currently have two Packaging & Finished Goods Lead positions available: * Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. * Night Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m Additional hours or overtime may be available or required based on operational needs. Duties & Responsibilities * Lead daily packaging and finished goods operations. * Coordinate staffing and workflow within the packaging area. * Maintain packaging standards, procedures, and work instructions. * Train, coach, and certify packaging employees. * Ensure compliance with quality, labeling, traceability, and customer requirements. * Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Shipping to resolve issues. * Monitor packaging materials and inventory needs. * Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency. * Promote a safe and organized work environment. * Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor/manager Essential Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements
