Quality didn't have a seat at the leadership table. Now it does. I'm looking for a Senior Director, Quality for a fast growing food manufacturer in Greater Montreal. It's a brand new role, at the same level as Operations and R&D, reporting directly to the President. You don't see mandates like this often. You walk in with a real seat at the table, the trust of leadership and the freedom to build quality your way across multiple plants. You'll have a say in the big decisions, and you'll get to develop a promising Quality Director who just needs a great mentor. On the compensation side: $150,000 base, plus a 20% bonus the company has always hit. The team works in French and English, so this one is for someone who's comfortable in both.
