OVERVIEW: As an Associate Brand Manager, you will support the execution of brand strategy and marketing initiatives for the Prollenium's product portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, campaign execution, and market growth. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and data-driven, with a passion for building strong, differentiated brands. This role reports to the Global Brand Manager. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the development and execution of brand plans Assist in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns (digital, HCP, and clinic-facing) Collaborate with sales, medical, regulatory, and external agencies to deliver campaigns Lead the development of marketing materials, sales tools, and digital assets Coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities Monitor brand performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, and competitive landscape Support content creation aligned with brand positioning and messaging Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory and internal guidelines MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Technical Knowledge/Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing (preferably in medical aesthetics, healthcare, or beauty) Strong understanding of branding and campaign execution Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Behavioral: Demonstrated ability to apply the following behavioral competencies on the job: Communication: Ability to effectively verbally communicate information Teamwork: Working effectively and productively with others in a service role Organization and Planning: Managing multiple priorities and projects Decision Making: Utilizing effective processes to make decisions Accuracy: Ability to self-check work and have good attention to detail
