Position Overview Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations across two locations (Richmond Hill and Aurora), ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and compliance with quality and safety standards. This role will lead a team, optimize workflows, and support the distribution of medical aesthetic products in a fast-paced, regulated environment, while also contributing to warehouse expansion and capacity planning initiatives. Major Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer and internal SLAs Monitor workflow and allocate resources to meet operational demands Create and maintain supplier KPIs (trucking companies / customs brokers) Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory levels using ERP/WMS systems Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of products (FIFO/FEFO where applicable) Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to drive performance and engagement Manage scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations Foster growth mindset culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Compliance & Quality Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP where applicable) Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse conditions Support internal and external audits Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, QA, Customer Service) to resolve operational issues Warehouse Expansion & Site Evaluation Support the evaluation of new warehouse locations to meet business growth and distribution needs Assess potential sites based on operational efficiency, capacity, layout, cost, and logistics accessibility Partner with leadership on space planning, workflow design, and equipment requirements for new or expanded facilities Assist in warehouse setup, transition planning, and operational readiness for new sites Minimum Qualifications Technical Knowledge / Experience: 5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience with 3+ years’ experience leading warehouse teams Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or cosmetics) is an asset Knowledge of lean practices is an asset Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse best practices Experience implementing change management and contingency planning initiatives would be an asset Reach Truck Forklift experience preferred Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Behavioral Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Working Conditions Warehouse environment with physical activity (lifting, standing, walking) May require occasional overtime during peak periods On-site role based in Richmond Hill and Aurora warehouse locations Note: We use AI-enabled tools to support certain aspects of our recruitment process.
