Candidates should ideally possess a DEC in Financial Services and Insurance Techniques or an AEC in Damage Insurance, along with a valid AMF license in individual damage insurance (asset). Essential qualities include a commitment to impeccable customer service, autonomy, rigor, and attention to detail, along with good computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
