The Quality and Skills Development Advisor will conduct file audits and call monitoring to ensure compliance with policies and service standards. They will collaborate with managers to provide feedback, coaching, and training to improve team performance and service quality. Candidates must hold a college diploma (DEC/AEC) in insurance and financial services and possess a valid commercial damage insurance agent license. A minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in commercial insurance is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
