Location: Edmonton, AB – Client Site Job Type: Contract Position Contract Length: 6 months, with possibility of extension Hourly Rate: $45–$60/hour, based on experience and skills About the Role Prozus is seeking an Intermediate Designer / Drafter – Electrical Emphasis to support one of our major clients at their Edmonton office. This role combines hands-on drafting, document control, and general engineering support, with an emphasis on electrical engineering deliverables. We are looking for a strong communicator and collaborator who is comfortable working alongside client engineering teams and adapting across disciplines and priorities. Key Responsibilities Provide general engineering support across multiple disciplines as project needs require. Collaborate with client engineers, project teams, and the Prozus backend team to maintain quality and schedule adherence. Manage document control processes, revisions, and transmittals through Content Server. Maintain drawing registers, redlines, and document status tracking. Produce and revise electrical drawings and general engineering documents using AutoCAD. Navigate and review 3D model data using Navisworks. Required Skills & Qualifications 6–8 years of experience in drafting, document control, and engineering support. Working knowledge of electrical engineering drawings and deliverables. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, Content Server, and MS Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work within a client team environment. Ability to work onsite full-time in Edmonton, with flexibility as the schedule transitions. Familiarity with as-building processes is an asset.
