Our salary range for this role is $87,000 - $117,000, reflecting the anticipated base salary for a fully qualified candidate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on skills, experience, internal equity, and market conditions. In this hands-on leadership role, you will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and site leadership to reduce risk, support compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the facility. What You’ll Do * Lead and develop a small team of HSE Coordinators while providing day-to-day safety and environmental support to the site. * Partner with Operations and site leaders to implement HSE programs, training, risk reduction initiatives, and behavior-based safety practices. * Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, job safety analyses, and corrective action follow-up. * Support equipment reviews, machine guarding assessments, and process changes in collaboration with Engineering and Maintenance. * Ensure compliance with applicable OSHA, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Environmental Leadership * Manage key environmental programs, including air permitting, SWPPP compliance, waste management, and sustainability reporting. * Work with external consultants and regulatory agencies to maintain compliance and support continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For * 3+ years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment; experience leading or mentoring HSE team members is preferred. * Degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Environmental, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. * Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations; familiarity with NFPA, NIOSH, ANSI, NEC, TCEQ, EPA, or DOT is an asset. * Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and analytical skills. * Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. * Ability to travel up to 10-15%. Requirements

Candidates must have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and experience with ISO management systems. A bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing environment are required.
