Oversee daily Ski and Ride School operations, including instruction, curriculum, class assignments, scheduling, and administrative functions such as hiring, training, payroll, and equipment inventory. Supervise and develop instructors, support guest experience and safety, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate with other teams to improve school operations.

Teach skiing or snowboarding to individuals and groups, including advanced skiers and riders, while providing a safe, enjoyable, high-quality guest experience. Supervise guests, support season-long programs and instructor development, follow safety procedures, attend required training, and assist other departments as needed.
