The Opportunity Psycho Bunny is a high-growth, unapologetically bold lifestyle brand looking for a talented and passionate Designer to join our team on a 12-month contract. Reporting directly to the Divisional Director, Design, you will play a key role in bringing our product vision to life across multiple categories while driving seamless collaboration across cross-functional departments. Your Daily Adventures * Translate seasonal concepts and emerging global trends into high-performing, on-brand product lines. * Research and develop cutting-edge fabrics, trims, and execution techniques that continuously elevate the brand. * Partner closely with Merchandising to create innovative, fashion-forward designs that maximize sales and gross profit margins. * Work side-by-side with Production and Fit Technicians to ensure garment specs, construction, and fit precision meet our high standards. * Own your design deliverables, maintaining strict adherence to the seasonal design calendar and production timelines. * Mentor, support, and help develop junior design team members to foster continuous creative growth. Your Toolkit * Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design (or equivalent experience) paired with 5+ years of hands-on apparel design experience in the fashion industry. * Deep, specialized knowledge in core product categories (e.g., outerwear, woven tops, woven bottoms). * Strong command of garment construction, specs, and execution, alongside expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and productivity tools (Excel, Google Workspace). * You bring a critical eye to your work and others’, offering constructive feedback paired with creative solutions. * A natural self-starter with the initiative and multi-tasking skills needed to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. * An energetic team player who can independently own projects while articulately presenting ideas to cross-functional partners. **Please submit a link to your online portfolio or attach a PDF (under 10MB) showcasing your most recent, relevant design work.
