Overview Saatchi & Saatchi is seeking a Media Planner to join its Toronto team, supporting leading a national and global auto. This role is ideal for a collaborative, curious, and detail-oriented media professional looking to grow within one of Canada’s top agency networks. You will contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated campaigns across digital and traditional media channels, working closely with internal teams, media partners, and clients. Responsibilities Assist in the development of strategic media plans aligned to client objectives, budgets, and KPIs Build and maintain media flowcharts, budget trackers, and campaign timelines Conduct audience research, consumer insights analysis, and competitive reviews Support planning across channels including digital, social, programmatic, search, TV, radio, OOH, and print Coordinate with investment/buying teams to ensure seamless campaign launches Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance, flagging optimization opportunities Prepare campaign recaps, reporting decks, and post-buy analyses Participate in client meetings, internal status calls, and planning sessions Maintain knowledge of media trends, platforms, and the Canadian marketplace Qualifications 1–3 years of agency, media, or marketing experience Post-secondary education in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Comfortable working with numbers, budgets, and campaign performance data Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with media tools is an asset Knowledge of platforms such as Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Numeris, or Comscore is beneficial Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Additional Information Salary Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $45,000-$50,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
