About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic Shop Manager to lead our new pop-up shop at Lambton Mall. The shop is expected to open on October 30, 2026. Successful candidates must be available to attend training in London, Ontario during the week of October 18, 2026. The Shop Manager is responsible for achieving overall profitability, maintaining efficient shop operations, and providing effective leadership to the retail team. This role acts as a liaison between the shop and the Purdys Support Office while supporting company policies, programs, and initiatives. Success in this role comes from your ability to engage customers, drive sales, develop team members, and create an exceptional in-store experience. This is a full-time, 6-month contract position requiring open availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. There is potential for this position to become permanent based on business needs and performance.
