Pick and stage customer orders accurately, support inventory activities, operate authorized warehouse equipment, and maintain a clean and safe work area. When needed, drive a 5-ton truck to deliver orders in Greater Victoria and surrounding areas, completing inspections, securing loads, and handling delivery documentation.

Manually pick products and prepare orders by packing, labeling, stacking, and assembling shipments, while checking package counts and product appearance. Maintain a safe, organized work area, handle merchandise carefully, use warehouse equipment properly, and meet production, accuracy, and quality standards.

Manage and grow key and independent grocery accounts through pricing strategies, promotional plans, sales initiatives, and new product listings. Analyze sales and market trends, manage forecasting and trade spend, resolve customer issues, and represent the company at industry events.
