About the role You’ll be joining our Oracle Consulting services team. As a Certified Oracle Cloud partner, we help our clients use Oracle’s technology and applications to build their digital enterprise on the cloud; transform business functions, including finance, supply chain, HR, and tax; achieve maximum value on their investment through Managed Cloud Services; and help them manage risk and ‘go live’ on time and on budget through Oracle Cloud Embedded Assurance. Playing key roles on client engagements, assisting in creating new opportunities and contributing to knowledge sharing and the development of our people. What your days will look like: Leading, or providing key support to the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workstream for large client programmes focused on Oracle ERP Cloud technology, helping clients transform their procurement, supplier management, sourcing, purchasing, receiving, invoice processing and payment processes. Leading, coaching and developing teams of PwC consultants across onshore, offshore and client teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performing delivery environment. Owning the successful delivery of the Procure-to-Pay workstream, acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and providing leadership across solution design, delivery, governance and deployment. Partnering with client leadership to drive delivery, remove delivery blockers and enable successful business adoption throughout the programme lifecycle. Driving effective programme governance through proactive RAID management, executive reporting and informed decision-making. The role is for you if you have: Detailed knowledge of Oracle Procurement and Payables Cloud capabilities - with the ability to configure and deploy these modules within complex transformation programmes. This includes Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Qualification, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Supplier Portal, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Receiving, Invoice Management, Payment Processing, Approval Management. Awareness and understanding of the interactions across other Oracle applications and platform components, including Cash Management, Expenses, Tax, Projects, Sourcing, Integration Cloud (OIC), Reporting and Analytics. A strong understanding of best-practice Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes, including requisition-to-purchase order, strategic sourcing, supplier onboarding and governance, approval workflows, receiving, invoice matching, payment processing, procurement compliance, segregation of duties and financial controls, together with the associated Oracle Cloud design, configuration and implementation options within large-scale transformation programmes. Full lifecycle experience of a minimum of 3 Oracle Procurement and Payables (P2P) Cloud implementations, including design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support. Understanding of end-to-end process and data interactions across Procurement, Inventory, Payables, General Ledger, Cost Management, Order Management and Warehouse Management. Experience working with Finance, Shared Services and Procurement stakeholders to design and implement integrated Procure-to-Pay operating models. Must be able to be SC cleared. Demonstrable experience in several of the following activities: Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, influencing decisions and communicating complex business and technical concepts with confidence. Ability to design and document end-to-end Procure-to-Pay solutions, including sourcing, supplier management, purchasing, approvals, receiving, invoicing and payment processes Planning and leading Oracle workstreams through design, build, testing, deployment and hypercare. Leading integration and data migration activities across Oracle Procurement and Finance solutions. Structured problem-solving techniques to resolve complex functional, delivery and stakeholder challenges. Leading workshops, design authority sessions and executive decision-making forums. Requirements
Candidates must have detailed knowledge of Oracle Procurement and Payables Cloud with experience in at least three full-lifecycle implementations. Strong communication skills and the ability to design end-to-end P2P solutions within complex environments are essential.
