Plan, coordinate, and manage transportation infrastructure projects for Quebec’s Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, overseeing schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, compliance, and client coordination. Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders, contribute to qualification-based proposals, supervise project documentation and construction oversight when required, and report on progress and risks.
