What You Will Do Build, test, and deploy automations and AI-powered tools that optimize workflows and accelerate marketing operations and automate go-to-market execution. Integrate APIs and design MCP servers to ensure seamless interoperability across internal systems. Collaborate with marketing, product, and security teams to design and automate the generation of branded documents and marketing assets, ensuring consistency across all go-to-market materials. Continuously research, experiment, and apply the latest GenAI technologies to Qohash’s AI automation roadmap. Rapidly prototype and iterate on intelligent workflows, delivering in days or weeks instead of months. Contribute directly to the Qohash Deal Desk, embedding AI capabilities into sales enablement and execution. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions, promoting an AI-first engineering culture. What Your Resume Shows Must-Haves 3-4 years of experience in software development (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, Golang). Strong experience with API integrations and automation workflows. Hands on experience with AI agent frameworks (e.g., Claude Agent SDK, LangChain). Familiarity with AI-driven coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor). A proven ability to work independently, solve problems quickly, and deliver outcomes at speed. Nice-to-Haves Bilingual (English/French). Based in Quebec (preferred). Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience in marketing or demonstrated interest in go-to-market, brand, and content operations.
