We provide professional, recovery-focused care to injured workers who require in-home services across Durham Region. Role Summary PSWs provide essential personal care and support to WSIB clients recovering from workplace injury or illness. Care is delivered under the direction of nursing and rehabilitation professionals. Key Responsibilities * Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily activities * Support safe transfers and positioning * Follow care plans and report changes in condition * Document care accurately Qualifications * PSW certificate or equivalent * Experience in community or complex care preferred * Reliable transportation * Strong professionalism and communication skills Compensation * $21–$25/hour, based on experience and acuity

What you’ll do

Provide essential personal care, mobility support, and daily activity assistance to WSIB clients recovering from workplace injuries. Document care accurately and report changes in client condition under the direction of nursing professionals.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a PSW certificate or equivalent and possess reliable transportation. Experience in community or complex care is preferred.
