Role overview: Missions RESPONSIBILITIES Perform data analysis and collaborate with business and IT teams to gather, define, and drive project requirements. Manage backlog prioritization and support delivery planning. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), perform basic database queries, troubleshoot issues, and support problem resolution. Act as Product Owner by challenging requirements, negotiating priorities, and building consensus among stakeholders. Understand compliance and regulatory requirements and contribute to the design and architecture of compliance applications. Take ownership of critical projects and lead Operating Committee and Steering Committee meetings. Coordinate project priorities across global teams located in AMER and Asia. Work with production support teams to resolve Level 3 production issues. Lead project sprints, Scrum ceremonies, and release meetings with stakeholders. Profile REQUIREMENTS Mandatory Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of the technology behind banking applications. Good knowledge of infrastructure, web applications, Unix and Windows operating systems, and public cloud-based applications. Ability to analyze problems and discuss solutions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Project management experience. Scrum Master and/or Product Owner experience. Experience with JIRA for backlog and task management. Previous experience working with Java-based banking applications and cloud technologies. Strong knowledge of SQL and Big Data databases. Experience working with large data sets and performing data analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Due to US Federal Securities law that may apply to this position, candidates may be required to submit to an enhanced background screening, including the collection of their fingerprints by a third-party vendor selected by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Nice to Have Project experience with Microsoft Azure. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. LANGUAGE: Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement, as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.

Requirements
