We are looking for a .Net Developer for one of our clients, an investment bank based in Montreal. Missions : Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join a technology team responsible for the development, enhancement, and support of critical applications used within a Capital Markets environment. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing evolution of strategic platforms supporting complex financial activities. This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern Azure-based environment, participate in application modernization initiatives, and collaborate closely with both business and technology stakeholders. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and support mission-critical applications built on the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. Participate in the delivery of new features and enhancements, including technical design and architectural decisions. Contribute to the modernization and continuous improvement of existing platforms. Collaborate with business and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and demos. Create and maintain technical documentation. Perform code reviews, testing activities, and quality assurance tasks. Contribute to CI/CD improvements and automation initiatives. Participate in production support activities and troubleshooting when required. Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure solutions meet business objectives. Provide progress updates and delivery visibility to management. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience developing applications using C#/.NET. Strong experience building enterprise-grade applications in complex environments. Solid understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and design patterns. Experience with multithreaded and concurrent programming. Strong Microsoft Azure experience. Strong SQL expertise and experience working with relational databases. Experience with Angular and/or React. Experience with Git-based source control and modern CI/CD pipelines. Experience with DevOps and infrastructure tooling, including: Jenkins Docker Kubernetes Experience working in Agile Scrum environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with distributed international teams. Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken. Technical Environment C# / .NET Microsoft Azure SQL databases Angular and/or React Git Jenkins Docker Kubernetes Messaging technologies (MQ-based environments) CI/CD and DevOps toolchain Nice to Have Experience with Java. Experience with Elasticsearch. Experience with Grafana. Exposure to Capital Markets environments. Knowledge of exchange-traded products such as equities and futures. Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience and 8+ years of C#/.NET development experience. Candidates should have strong Azure and SQL expertise, experience with modern front-end frameworks, DevOps tools and CI/CD, and the ability to work effectively in Agile teams and communicate professionally in English.
