Role overview: RESPONSIBILITIES Study and analyze business requirements, functions, and processes within the fixed income and equities securities processing domain. Drive technical and non-technical solutions by assessing tactical versus strategic approaches, including cost estimates and implementation timelines. Coordinate solution workshops, document requirements with sponsors, and obtain formal signoffs. Bridge detailed business requirements with development teams and ensure technical specifications accurately reflect business needs. Coordinate with users to develop comprehensive test plans and define user acceptance criteria. Participate hands-on in test result analysis, documentation, and review sessions with end users. Participate in the design of new architecture aligned with the organization's IS strategy. Profile REQUIREMENTS Mandatory Proven experience as a Business Analyst within an investment banking technology environment supporting securities and cash products, specifically Equity and Fixed Income Settlement and Clearance. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the information technology sector. Strong ability to interface with business stakeholders, including Front Office, Accounting, and Risk teams, to gather, prioritize, and document business requirements and develop technical or process solutions. Advanced experience working with development teams and strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies, with an emphasis on Agile frameworks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments, and projects simultaneously. Ability to lead project teams. Nice to Have Additional experience supporting securities and cash products in investment banking technology environments. Experience leading large-scale technology transformation initiatives. Advanced knowledge of strategic solution design and enterprise architecture practices. LANGUAGE: Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, is a requirement as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners in the United States.
