We are hiring an intermediate Murex FO Support to work with one of our clients, an international investment bank based in Montreal. Context & Environment Joining a major global investment bank, you will support the Fixed Income and Credit Derivatives business lines. The role focuses on a high-availability environment (24/7) using the Murex V3 platform, integrated across global financial hubs (Asia, Europe, North America). The platform is critical for real-time P&L monitoring, risk sensitivity analysis, End-of-Day (EOD) processing, and regulatory compliance for rates and credit products. Core Responsibilities Operational Support: Provide high-touch functional assistance to Front Office users (Traders and Sales), ensuring proactive communication and rapid problem-solving. Incident Management: Investigate and resolve production issues in coordination with cross-functional technical and business teams. System Integrity: Perform routine health checks and monitoring to maintain the stability and performance of production environments. Continuous Improvement: Partner with developers to design and implement long-term system enhancements, improving overall platform usability and reliability. Global Collaboration: Coordinate with international support hubs to ensure a seamless "follow-the-sun" service model. Knowledge Management: Facilitate user training sessions and maintain comprehensive functional documentation. Key Requirements Market Expertise: Strong command of financial markets, with specific expertise in US Corporate Bonds and vanilla credit/rates derivatives. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a high-pressure trading floor environment. Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Murex MX.III Front Office modules (Pricing, Simulation, Market Data management, and Reporting). Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; ability to remain effective in fast-paced, time-sensitive situations. Valued Assets: Previous experience working in offshore or multi-regional team structures is a plus.
