AI Tech Lead _ Brampton / Toronto, ON (Onsite) _ Contract Must-Have Skills: Proven experience leading and delivering production-grade AI/ML systems. Strong expertise in LLMs, Transformer architecture, embeddings, tokenization, and inference optimization. Hands-on experience designing RAG pipelines, AI agent frameworks, and multi-agent systems. Strong knowledge of distributed systems architecture, concurrency, load balancing, scalability, and high availability. Experience building LLM evaluation frameworks, including domain-specific scoring, adversarial testing, and regression testing. Expertise in AI security, including prompt injection defense, jailbreak prevention, and secure tool use. Strong understanding of token optimization, context windows, and cost-performance trade-offs. Experience with AI observability, tracing, logging, and agent debugging. Knowledge of AI/ML DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, GPU orchestration, and model deployment strategies. Strong technical leadership, mentoring, architecture design, and responsible AI governance skills. Good to Have: Knowledge of Google's GECX.

Also requires technical leadership, mentoring, architecture design, and responsible AI governance; knowledge of Google's GECX is an asset.
