Job Title: Information Technology_CAN - CAN_Business Analyst Job Description: Business System Analyst Summary Experienced Business Analyst responsible for driving end-to-end requirements management and delivery of sales and returns solutions across retail and e-commerce channels. Works closely with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, manage integrations, analyze data, and support Agile product development while improving customer and operational experiences. Key Responsibilities (10 Points) 1. Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and stakeholder walkthroughs for sales and returns initiatives. 2. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. 3. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, UX, QA, Store Operations, and Customer Care teams to deliver business solutions. 4. Define and support API integration requirements and ensure alignment between business and technical teams. 5. Analyze complex business processes, return policies, eligibility rules, and operational workflows. 6. Support POS, retail systems, and omnichannel integration initiatives to enhance customer and store experiences. 1. Identify, track, and manage project risks, dependencies, assumptions, and open decisions throughout Agile delivery cycles. 2. Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, testing support, and requirements clarification activities. 3. Query and analyze large datasets using SQL/BigQuery to validate requirements, investigate issues, and generate actionable insights. 4. Develop and support reporting, metrics, and data-driven recommendations related to sales, returns, transactions, and customer journeys. Qualifications • 8-10 years of Business Analyst experience in retail, e-commerce, or technology environments. • Strong expertise in requirements documentation, user stories, PRDs, and acceptance criteria. • Experience with API integrations and complex business rule analysis. • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, and Confluence. • Strong SQL/BigQuery skills for data analysis and reporting. • Retail, returns, post-purchase, or omnichannel commerce experience preferred.
