Job summary
Business System Analyst Experience: 8–10 years Top 10 Required Skills Business Analysis & Requirements Management – Lead discovery workshops, gather business requirements, document BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Retail & E-commerce Domain – Strong experience with sales, returns, omnichannel commerce, POS systems, and post-purchase customer journeys. Stakeholder Management – Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, UX, QA, Store Operations, Customer Care, and business stakeholders. API Integration Analysis – Define and document API integration requirements and coordinate between business and technical teams. Business Process Analysis – Analyze complex workflows, return policies, eligibility rules, and operational processes to improve efficiency. Agile/Scrum Methodology – Experience with backlog grooming, sprint planning, story refinement, testing support, and Agile ceremonies. SQL & BigQuery – Query and analyze large datasets, validate business requirements, perform root cause analysis, and generate business insights. Jira & Confluence – Create and manage user stories, track requirements, maintain documentation, and support Agile project delivery. Reporting & Data Analysis – Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data-driven recommendations related to sales, returns, and customer experience. Risk & Dependency Management – Identify, track, and manage project risks, assumptions, dependencies, and decision logs throughout the project lifecycle.
