Develop and support production Generative AI and LLM solutions, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, guardrails, and evaluation. Lead cross-functional programs and communicate KPIs, value, and status to senior stakeholders while working within enterprise governance requirements.

Gen AI Developer Location: Toronto, ON- Hybrid (3 Days/week) Years of Experience: 8+ years Job Summary: 10+ years of application development experience. 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs in a banking or regulated enterprise. 2+ years of experience working with Generative AI or LLM solutions in production, including prompt engineering, RAG, guardrails, and evaluation. Proficiency in SDLC and developer tools such as Git, GitHub, CI/CD, IntelliJ or VS Code, Jira, and Confluence. Experience defining KPI frameworks and working with Power BI (DAX, data models, row-level security) or a comparable BI platform. Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to create steering decks, value narratives, and status reports for senior stakeholders. Working knowledge of enterprise governance, including architecture review, change management, Responsible AI, and data privacy. Experience with Kore.ai. Preferred Skills: Experience with AWS application development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
