Develop HLD/LLD documentation and deployment standards. Deploy and manage AWS-hosted ION Virtual Appliances with HA and multi-region resiliency. Configure BGP, routing, WAN overlays, QoS, application-aware policies, and secure cloud connectivity. Integrate AWS VPCs, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Prisma Access, and Palo Alto NGFW. Execute SD-WAN migrations, pilot deployments, production cutovers, and disaster recovery planning. Troubleshoot routing, tunnels, and application performance; provide L3/L4 engineering support. Prepare migration runbooks, rollback plans, SOPs, and lead architecture reviews and customer workshops.
