Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager- AI Automation with 10+ years of proven success in leading end‑to‑end project delivery. A Program/Project Manager having strong operating maturity, stakeholder management capability, and execution discipline. The role requires strong product ownership, cross-functional alignment, roadmap management, and the ability to drive outcomes across both business and technology stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met. Distribute and prioritize work across cross‑functional teams to ensure balanced workloads and smooth execution. Lead daily stand-ups and provide structured updates on progress, risks, and dependencies. Act as the single point of accountability for project execution, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution. Drive project planning, sprint management, milestone tracking, and reporting. Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans proactively. Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment. Maintain documentation, status reports, dashboards, and communication cadence with leadership. Ensure delivery governance, compliance, and process adherence throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or engineering environments. Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum practices, sprint planning, and daily Agile ceremonies. Proven ability to lead teams, remove blockers, and drive accountability. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict‑resolution skills. Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with attention to detail. Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, or similar. Preferred Qualifications PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certifications. Experience managing distributed or cross‑functional teams. Background in software development, cloud, or digital transformation projects

Requirements
