Job summary

Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot SAP systems across development, quality assurance, and production environments, including SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA. Optimize system performance and carry out system refreshes, upgrades, transport management, background job administration, and incident, problem, and change management.

8+ years of hands-on SAP BASIS experience. Strong experience in SAP production/application support. SAP system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. SAP NetWeaver administration. SAP HANA administration/support. Performance monitoring and system optimization. SAP system refresh/copy activities. SAP Kernel and Support Package upgrades. Transport Management System (TMS) and background job administration. Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Experience supporting DEV, QAS, and PRD environments. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
