Job details

Minimum of 8 years of software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in Python and relevant experience in AI/ML or Generative AI. Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, and scalable application development. Strong programming skills in Python, REST APIs, JSON, and object-oriented programming. Hands-on experience developing Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs). Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and context management. Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent tools. Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or equivalent technologies. Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Azure AI Search, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma. Experience with AI and cloud services on Azure, AWS, or GCP, preferably Azure OpenAI in an enterprise environment. Good understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, model evaluation, LLM evaluation techniques, and MLOps concepts. Experience with SQL, databases, data processing, and integration with enterprise data sources. Understanding of AI security, responsible AI practices, data privacy, and governance. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
