Job summary

Provide production support for Java-based applications, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution while adhering to defined SLAs and KPIs. Maintain SOPs and knowledge repositories, and support product estimation, requirements, and delivery.

Maintaining and updating SOPs and knowledge repositories. Understanding of product requirements, estimation, and delivery. Knowledge of web applications and REST APIs (JSON/XML). Experience with microservices-based architecture. Strong technical knowledge of Java/J2EE, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Understanding of authentication mechanisms, including OAuth, SSO, and STS. Proficiency in SQL queries. Hands-on experience with AWS, Dynatrace, Site24x7, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines. Understanding of request flows between web servers, application servers, and various integration points.
