Administer and optimize Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, including performance tuning, production troubleshooting, capacity planning, and disaster recovery. Migrate on-premises databases to AWS, support CI/CD database deployments, and collaborate with offshore teams in Agile environments.

Required Skills: 8–10 years of Oracle Database Administration experience. Strong expertise in Oracle Database 12c/19c+ and Oracle Application DBA. Advanced PL/SQL development, schema design, execution plan analysis, and performance tuning (AWR, ASH, ADDM). Experience with AWS RDS (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and Amazon Aurora. Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL architecture, schema design, and performance optimization. Proven experience migrating on-premises databases to AWS using AWS DMS, SCT, or native migration tools. CI/CD integration for database deployments and Agile environments. Production support, troubleshooting, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and offshore team collaboration. Preferred Skills: Oracle Exadata administration and performance tuning. Bash and Python scripting for automation. AWS Database Specialty or Oracle certifications. Top 3 Must-Have Skills: Oracle Database Administration (12c/19c+) with advanced PL/SQL and performance tuning. AWS cloud database administration and on-premises to AWS migration experience. Hands-on PostgreSQL administration and performance optimization.
