Job summary

Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering Engage with portfolio managers, middle office, and trading desks to capture and analyze business needs. Translate requirements into clear functional specifications, process flows, and user stories with acceptance criteria. Partner with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the backlog in line with strategic objectives. Support delivery of solutions that strengthen efficiency, transparency, and compliance in collateral processes. Review source-code to validate and/or extract process workflows Track progress, remove blockers, and promote agile best practices. Break down stories into sizable pieces for Sprint length Drive continuous improvement within the team. Stakeholder Management & Delivery Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. Ensure timely delivery of features and initiatives, highlighting risks and dependencies. Communicate status updates and findings clearly to senior management and stakeholders. Skills Must have Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Data, or related field. Front Office and Portfolio Management Systems experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets, with a solid understanding of the portfolio management and trade lifecycle. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic business needs. Outcome-focused, with the ability to balance business priorities and technical constraints. Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to have Strong data analysis skills, including ability to query, validate, and interpret datasets. Familiarity with portfolio management systems such as Bloomberg, Charles River, Blackrock Aladin. Agile certification (CSM, PSM).
