Job Title: Test lead (Cards domain) Location: Remote or once a month Work Style: Hybrid Duration: 6-12 Month Contract About the Role The Test Lead (Cards domain) will be responsible for overseeing the testing processes within the cards domain, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines. Responsibilities Lead the testing efforts for card-related projects. Develop and implement test strategies and plans. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Identify, document, and track defects. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers. Required Skills Proven experience in testing within the cards domain. Banking experience is must. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with automation testing tools. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
