Job summary

Title: Agile Project Manager Duration: 1 Year (September 2026 - September 2027) Location requirements: On-Site Lead Agile and Waterfall delivery by aligning plans and priorities with business goals, managing risks and dependencies, engaging stakeholders, and enabling teams to deliver successfully. Primary Responsibilities Lead Agile and Waterfall planning, prioritization and execution aligned with annual OKRs and quarterly plans. Maintain delivery plans, track milestones and coordinate cross-team activities. Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and constraints through mitigation and escalation. Provide clear status reporting and maintain alignment across business, technology, vendor and executive stakeholders. Promote collaboration, accountability, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across teams. Top Skills Required: Ability to develop and manage delivery plans Strong relationship-building and communication skills to align business and technology Expertise in facilitating Agile events Ability to identify, assess, and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, Strategic Problem Solving Assets: Scrum Master and/or PM certification (e.g. PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, DASSM) Experience in financial industry / insurance, products and services Knowledge of AzureDevOps, Mural and Planview applications
