Project Manager

Title: ServiceNow Project Manager Location: Ottawa, Montreal or Vancouver - Hybrid ( 1-2 days per week in Office) Duration: August 2026 - August 2027 Clearance: Must have a valid or be eligible for Reliability Clearance. ( Candidates must have resided in Canada for a minimum of five consecutive years.) Seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager to support and enhance the ServiceNow platform operating model by driving Agile delivery, governance, financial management, planning, performance tracking, and operational excellence while collaborating with Product Owners, leadership, operations teams, and delivery partners. Primary Responsibilities Agile Operating Model Development Design, document, implement, and continuously improve the ServiceNow flexible agile operating model and team lifecycle using both ServiceNow and Azure DevOps as planning and managing tools Lead ceremonies, remove obstacles and facilitate problem-solving, collaboration and conflict resolution to enable the most effective work delivery by teams on medium sized objectives. Review existing operations and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvements are delivered. Define and maintain delivery metrics, performance indicators, and reporting standards using ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, PowerBI Support the development of governance processes to support a scaling platform organization. Lead and improve the planning effort through quarterly Big Room Planning sessions. Help establish a lightweight program management framework to manage dependencies, risks, roadmap alignment, capacity planning, OKR, and strategic initiatives using automated tools Support Product Owners in planning, delivery coordination, backlog readiness, stakeholder engagement, and governance activities. Communicate openly and encourage others on team to do so. Project Management, Budget and Procurement Produce monthly executive delivery reports on Risks, Issues, Dependencies, Delivery progress, Capacity metrics, Team performance indicators, Roadmap status Clarify roles, accountabilities, and decision rights within an evolving organization. Own monthly financial reporting for the ServiceNow team, tracking expenditures andupdating timesheets and expense forecasts in Planview and Excel. Support annual planning and forecasting exercises Support procurement activities in partnership with Product Owners and leadership. Skill and Qualification Requirements Top Skills Required: Between 10 and 15 years of experience in Agile Project Management Between 5 and 10 years of experience managing a ServiceNow team Assets: Experience in financial industry / insurance, products and services Bilingual in both official languages (English and French)

The Project Manager will develop and enhance the ServiceNow agile operating model, ensuring effective delivery through collaboration and governance.
