Overview The Intermediate Software Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. This role involves working closely with senior developers, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for technology. Responsibilities Software Development: Design, code, test, and debug software applications according to project requirements. Collaborate with team members to develop efficient and reusable code. Technical Design: Participate in technical design discussions and provide input on software architecture. Create and maintain technical documentation. Code Review: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. Provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and fix software defects and issues. Perform regular maintenance and updates to existing software applications. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and timelines. Communicate project status and escalate issues as needed. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in software development. Proven experience with full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript. Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js). Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
