Role: Design Expert (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $15 - $40/hour Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Design Expert (Multidisciplinary) to work on a contract basis. The role involves creating and refining visual and interactive designs for digital products, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives. Responsibilities span multiple design disciplines, including UI/UX, product design, and visual design. Key Responsibilities: • Design user interfaces, interactions, and visual elements for digital products and platforms. • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into effective design solutions. • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user experience. • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency across products. • Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and end-users to optimize performance and accessibility. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch. • Experience with UI/UX design principles and best practices for digital products. • Strong portfolio showcasing multidisciplinary design projects and problem-solving skills. • Ability to conduct user research, synthesize insights, and apply them to design solutions. • Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design techniques.
