Role: Strategic Finance Manager (Remote) Location: Remote (United States & Canada Only) Employment Type: Contract / Full-Time Important Eligibility Notice: Location: This role is strictly open to candidates currently residing in and authorized to work in the United States or Canada. Required Background: This position requires direct, prior experience in Investment Banking (IB), Private Equity (PE), or Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). General accounting, corporate bookkeeping, or basic FP&A backgrounds do not meet the core requirements for this project. Overview: We are seeking a Finance Multimodal Data Specialist with institutional financial expertise to train, evaluate, and refine next-generation AI models on complex financial reasoning tasks. You will analyze high-level financial models, deal structures, pitch decks, LBOs, and SEC filings to generate high-quality multimodal training data. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate, annotate, and generate complex multimodal data involving financial charts, valuation tables, tear sheets, and deal memoranda. Design and solve advanced financial problems covering DCF modeling, LBO dynamics, comparable company analysis (Comps), and M&A structuring. Validate AI model responses for technical financial accuracy, precision, and adherence to institutional finance standards. Identify logic flaws, mathematical inconsistencies, and edge-case errors in AI-generated financial insights. Requirements: 1+ years of direct experience as an Analyst or Associate in Investment Banking (IB), Private Equity (PE), M&A, or institutional Equity Research. Deep proficiency in financial modeling, corporate valuation methodologies, and interpreting complex financial statements. Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain intricate financial logic clearly. Must be based in and authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
