Service Coordinator MSL is looking to hire a Service Coordinator at our warehouse located at 3150 Rideau Road. This position would be a full-time permanent role working from Monday to Friday with the work hours of 7:00AM to 5:00PM. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor shop parts inventory and maintain adequate stock levels for faster repairs and less downtime of company assets Maintain inventory control on all small tool assets Log and bill time and materials on work orders using SAP Coordinate maintenance of shop and yard equipment Track field equipment hours on GPS (Visionlink, KYCS Locates) for preventative maintenance Monitor and update service equipment entering and leaving the repair shop and process work orders Book preventative maintenance for assets and shop equipment as per manufacturers requirement Develop inspection checklists Coordinate safety inspections of lifts and road equipment Track annual safety requirements on all equipment Ensure internal equipment utilization is monitored and prioritized Inform clerks and company field personnel of available units. Administer daily inspection reports from field, track equipment for field personnel, coordinate repairs and dispatch technicians to perform preventative maintenance on field equipment Acquire, receive, and log new units, deleting old units, tracking equipment, tagging equipment, assigning unit numbers Assist in creating budgets for future purchases REQUIREMENTS: Intermediate to advanced computer skills and Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Power Apps, SALUS, Outlook, Excel, and other required software are considered an asset. 2-3 years of rental or construction experience. Knowledge of construction equipment and mechanically inclined is required Working knowledge of COR certification Excellent communication skills, oral and written Knowledge of computer databases, experience with SharePoint would be an asset Strong attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment COMPENSATION INFORMATION: The expected salary range for this position is $52,000 - $62,000. Placement within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience.
