Role: EasyPlan Functional Consultant Location: Remote, Canada Mode : Contract Mandatory Skills Siemens Teamcenter EasyPlan; MBOM; BOP; EBOM-to-MBOM/process/work-instruction flow; manufacturing planning; functional testing/UAT; defect triage; PLM integration; stakeholder workshops and knowledge transfer. Job Description Understand and analyze the existing Easy Plan implementation across MBOM, BOP, operations, resources, and work instructions. Review AS-IS and TO-BE manufacturing planning processes and document system behavior. Validate end-to-end functional flows: EBOM → MBOM → Process → WI → Release. Prepare/update functional test scenarios and UAT cases for manufacturing planning. Guide and support the testing/QA team on Easy Plan functionality and expected outcomes. Review defects raised by testers and classify them as configuration gaps, data issues, or usage errors. Identify functional gaps, misalignments, and improvement areas in the existing solution. Coordinate with manufacturing engineers, PLM teams, and integration teams for functional clarifications. Provide functional walkthroughs, demo sessions, and knowledge transfer to project teams.
