Role: IAM Operations LeadRole Sum maryThe IAM Operations Lead is responsible for end to end IAM operational delivery for Client, ensuring stable services, SLA/KPI adherence, strong governance, and effective customer communication. What you’ll do

The IAM Operations Lead is responsible for the day-to-day IAM operations, ensuring stable services and adherence to SLAs and KPIs. They also lead a high-performance IAM operations team and act as the primary interface to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Candidates should have over 8 years of experience in IAM and security operations, with a strong understanding of IAM concepts. Proven experience in operations governance and stakeholder management is also required.
