Job Title: Oracle HCM Technical Developer (Integrations & VBS Customizations) Location: Mississauga, Hybrid Job Summary:- We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Developer with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations and Visual Builder Studio (VBS) Customizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Oracle HCM technical solutions, including inbound/outbound integrations, data conversions, reports, extracts, and Redwood UI customizations using Oracle Visual Builder Studio. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud integrations using: o HCM Extracts o HDL (HCM Data Loader) o HSDL o REST/SOAP APIs o Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) o File-based integrations • Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party applications including Payroll, Benefits, Identity Management, Finance, and ERP systems. • Create and support BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, dashboards, and HCM Extracts. • Design and implement Oracle Redwood UI customizations using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS). • Develop page extensions, business rules, validations, UI customizations, and client-side enhancements through VBS. • Perform technical analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment. • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution. • Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Support data migration, mass updates, and conversion activities. • Prepare technical design documents, unit test cases, and deployment documentation. • Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud best practices and security standards. Required Skills • 7+ years of Oracle HCM technical development experience. • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as: o Core HR o Recruiting o Talent Management o Compensation o Learning o Absence Management o Payroll • Strong experience in: o Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) o HCM Extracts o HDL/HSDL o Fast Formula o BI Publisher o OTBI o REST and SOAP Web Services • Proven experience with Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and Redwood UI customizations. • Experience in page composer, page extensions, business rules, and custom validations. • Strong SQL and data analysis skills. • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud security, roles, and data access controls. • Experience with Git/version control and deployment management. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Oracle Redwood transformation projects. • Oracle Cloud HCM technical certifications. • Experience integrating Oracle HCM with third-party HR/payroll systems. • Knowledge of Oracle PaaS and SaaS architecture. What you’ll do

Requirements

Requires 7+ years of Oracle HCM technical development experience, hands-on knowledge of HCM modules, and strong skills in OIC, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, Fast Formula, BI Publisher, OTBI, and REST/SOAP services. Candidates should also have VBS and Redwood customization experience, strong SQL and data analysis skills, and knowledge of Oracle Cloud security; HCM certifications and Redwood transformation experience are preferred.
