Job Role: Senior Oracle Cloud SCM PM / Program Manager Location : Toronto, ON(Onsite) Job Description : Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Cloud SCM Program Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementations and transformation initiatives. The candidate will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, system integrators, and technology teams, ensuring successful delivery of Oracle Cloud SCM capabilities across Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, Manufacturing, Planning, and related integrations. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM programs from initiation through hypercare. Drive business process transformation and adoption of Oracle Cloud SCM best practices. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and executive communications. Coordinate business, IT, SI partners, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams. Facilitate design workshops, solution reviews, and executive steering committees. Ensure alignment between business requirements and Oracle Cloud capabilities. Oversee integration planning with ERP, EPM, HR, and third-party applications. Develop and monitor program governance, status reporting, RAID logs, and KPI dashboards. Support organizational change management and deployment planning. Required Experience 12+ years of ERP delivery experience. 8+ years leading Oracle SCM implementations. Hands-on understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules, including: Procurement Inventory Management Product Management Supply Planning Order Management Logistics Manufacturing Experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs. Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills. Experience working with distributed onsite/offshore delivery teams. Preferred Qualifications Oracle Cloud SCM Certification. PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification. Utility industry experience preferred. Experience with SAP-to-Oracle or Oracle transformation programs. Location Greater Toronto Area (Local Candidate Preferred) Hybrid model with periodic onsite presence.

Requirements

Requires 12+ years of ERP delivery experience and 8+ years leading Oracle SCM implementations, with hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules and experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs. Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills and experience with distributed onsite/offshore teams are required; Oracle Cloud SCM certification, project management certification, utility industry experience, and SAP-to-Oracle transformation experience are preferred.
