Fire Protection Sprinkler Fitter

Responsible for the inspection, testing, and repair of water-based sprinkler systems in accordance with BC Fire Code and NFPA standards. The role involves troubleshooting various system types and supporting the Fire Service division with technical expertise.

Customer Account Manager (Fire Protection Services)

Manage a portfolio of fire service accounts to drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive relationship management. Act as the primary contact for clients, conducting site visits and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and identify sales opportunities.

Fire Protection Technician

Perform essential maintenance and inspections of fire extinguishers, alarms, emergency lights, and sprinkler systems in compliance with ASTTBC and BC Fire Code. Manage daily schedules, fulfill on-call duties, and maintain accurate electronic documentation of all services.
