About the Opportunity The Business Analyst & Programs Intern or Co-op is a Sales department internship focused on driving measurable business value through a dedicated optimization project. Working closely with the Sales team, this intern will lead a project that addresses a real business opportunity — from initial audit through final recommendations — gaining hands-on exposure to retail program analysis, margin modeling, and executive-level presentation of results. What You'll Do Audit and categorize SKU performance across an assigned retail program Build a contribution margin model to assess true SKU-level profitability Identify and surface hidden costs not currently reflected in pricing Present rationalization recommendations with supporting analysis Transition into additional analytical projects upon completion Primary Internship Project Interns will lead a business optimization project that addresses a real Sales department opportunity. Projects will be scoped to deliver actionable recommendations and measurable business value.
