Pay Rate: $59.04/hour, depending on experience Contract Length: 3 months and 16 days Location: Calgary, Alberta Raise is currently hiring an AI Adoption & Enablement Coordinator on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our Client, is a major Canadian airline. Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable. Description The AI Adoption & Enablement Coordinator in this role will support the AI Enablement Principal in planning and executing our clients enterprise-wide Microsoft Copilot and AI adoption program. This role focuses on accelerating the adoption and effective use of Microsoft Copilot and AI solutions across by providing dedicated coordination, communications, training, and community support resources. You will coordinate the Copilot Champion Network, deliver user engagement activities, organize learning sessions and office hours, develop communications campaigns, and capture business success stories. Responsibilities Community Leadership: Establish, coordinate, and manage the enterprise-wide Copilot Champion Network. Training & Enablement: Coordinate and deliver training sessions, interactive office hours, and awareness events for business users. Communications: Develop and execute creative Copilot communication campaigns and engagement materials. Success Story Capture: Collect, document, and showcase business use cases and measurable success stories across departments. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with business units and technology teams to drive adoption, engagement, and value realization. Reporting & Metrics: Produce regular adoption, engagement, and value realization reporting. Event Support: Support AI-focused enterprise events, roadshows, and leadership alignment sessions. Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in roles supporting technology adoption, change management, employee enablement, or corporate training initiatives. Core Competencies: Demonstrated experience coordinating training programs, workshops, or professional communities of practice. Strong project coordination capabilities with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams). Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Experience) Hands-on experience working directly with Microsoft Copilot, Teams, and Viva technologies. Prior involvement in large-scale technology transformation or digital adoption initiatives. Direct knowledge of modern AI adoption methodologies and organizational change management frameworks. Proven background in developing internal communication campaigns and user adoption metrics/reporting. Key Soft Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for storytelling and presenting complex ideas simply. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders across business and tech teams. Customer-focused, highly adaptable, and detail-oriented self-starter. Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills. Education and Certifications Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Information Systems, Organizational Change Management, or a related field. Preferred Certifications: Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (CCMP or similar change management designation). Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals or Microsoft Copilot-related certifications.
