Responsibilities Provide design solutions for complex, ambiguous problems Collaborate with and support designers and developers in use of design system, keeping accuracy of documentation and code Support product delivery through planning, assigning and executing. Promotes and advances design practice and the design system within the team, while helping maintain the design libraries updated Must-have Skills Evidence of strong stakeholder management (facilitating conversations across different personalities) Defined design process with ability to defend and clearly communicate design rationale Proven collaboration within design teams (avoid solo practitioners) Figma proficiency Interaction and visual design knowledge Mobile-first design methodology WCAG standards knowledge Nice-to-have Skills Proficient in Research Proficient in Inclusive Design/Accessibility Proficient in French Looking for meaningful work?
