Job summary

Location: Sherwood Park, AB and Project Sites Pay Range: $40.00/hr - $65.00/hr (Compensation will be commensurate with education & experience.) Travel: Required to travel to project sites and client locations. Rally Engineering Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating engineering deliverable from conception through completion, ensuring technical accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards. ‍ Key Responsibilities Coordinating engineering design activities and ensuring deliverables meet project specifications Acting as a liaison between engineering, procurement, vendors, and construction teams Supporting procurement by reviewing technical bid packages, vendor documents, and equipment specifications Monitoring project progress, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with project controls Managing RFIs, technical queries, and change requests Assisting with constructability reviews and field execution planning Ensuring adherence to HSE, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Supporting commissioning and handover documentation ‍ Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field; Proven experience in working in a project environment within industrial sectors. Exposure to full project lifecycle (FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning) is highly valued Experience coordinating multi-discipline teams rather than purely discipline-specific design Excellent data collection and analysis skills with experience using relevant tools for research purposes.
