About The Role RAM is seeking a Civil EIT to support a variety of infrastructure, utility, transportation, industrial, and construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer looking to gain exposure to project delivery, construction support, stakeholder coordination, and engineering consulting. Working alongside experienced engineers, project managers, and field teams, you'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle—from planning and design through construction and project closeout. What You'll Be Working On Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of infrastructure and construction projects. Assist with project documentation, reporting, scheduling, and tracking of key deliverables. Coordinate with engineers, clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to support project execution. Assist with engineering reviews, technical documentation, and construction-related activities. Participate in site visits, inspections, and field coordination as required. Support procurement, contract administration, RFIs, shop drawing reviews, and change management activities. Help ensure projects meet quality, safety, regulatory, and client requirements. Provide general project support throughout the project lifecycle from planning through construction and project closeout. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Registered EIT with APEGA 1–3 years of experience supporting engineering, consulting, infrastructure, utility, or construction projects. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team environment. Previous experience in construction, field coordination, project administration, materials testing, quality, or inspections is considered an asset. Compensation & Benefits The estimated annual base salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 as of the posting date. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and training. Please note that this range reflects base pay only and does not include the competitive bonus program or the comprehensive benefits package offered by RAM Consulting.
